Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. The service
TradeScheduler provides job management, quoting, invoicing, expense tracking and reporting tools for tradespeople in the United Kingdom. The service is provided as a web application accessible from a browser.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. One account per business.
3. Trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with all features, no card required. After the trial you can subscribe to Starter (£12.99/month) or Pro (£22.99/month), billed monthly. If you do not subscribe, the account becomes read-only 60 days after the trial ends and the data is then deleted. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or to resell the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Your data
You own the data you enter. You can export it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
